Oxen are hard workers and hard work is implied this year for us to be in alignment with their energies. Everyone I know are hard workers, so that’s not an issue. Can we keep it up?

And will we be rewarded for our hard work?

The Metal aspect asks that the hard work on the things that really matter to us in the world will be the key.

Let go of the extraneous hard work on that which is not important.

Don't scatter your energy. Focus and cut away (metal) that which isn't central to health, growth and moral needs. Your hard work is crucial and make it count with awareness and focus
