Winter to Spring Practice

The studio renovations are done!

minga lily will be teaching a winter to spring semester of classes at the Healthy Living Family Medicine Studio on Thursdays and Sundays!
Using the tools of yoga to connect with and balance your self as the fall turns into winter. Come in with an intention and learn which poses best help to open and heal your whole self.  This series is accessible to everybody.

Thursday January 10- March 21 4-5:30pm

Sunday January 13- March 24 10:30am-12noon

Each series, Thursday and Sunday is 9classes long: $170 each. Single classes are $20 each.
